LTT TO HUBLI TRAIN SHOULD LEAVE AT ABOUT 8.30 A.M. BEFORE DEPARTURE OF KOYNA EXPRESS. THE SO CALLED EXPRESS TAKES MORE TIME THAN A PASSENGER TRAIN WITH FEWER STOPS.CENTRAL RAILWAYS GIVE A STEP MOTHERLY TREATMENT. AS THE TRAIN DOES NOT HAVE THANE AND KALYAN STOPS. THE RESPONSE OF PASSENGERS IS LUKEWARM. SWR SHOULD INCLUDE THANE AND KALYAN STOPS AND REDUCE THE RUNNING TIME TO 14 HOURS.
