Avinash Potdar is renovating Swaroop as it is been leased out to him for next 5 or 10 years by the owners of Swaroop. It is going to be a single screen like Nartaki. Later Nartaki is going to be demolished and a shopping mall with a miltiplex will come up there in 2 or 3 years time. Already construction of apartment has begun behind Nartaki.
