According to Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari, the Indian Air Force (IAF) currently has 155 women Agniveers undergoing training at the training centre in Belagavi. Additionally, he mentioned that there are 17 women officers in the fighter branch. This significant development highlights the progress made through the Nari Shakti initiative within the Indian Armed Forces.
