In a significant boost to modern road connectivity in Goa, Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, dedicated a 6-lane access-controlled road with elevated viaducts from Manohar International Airport to Dhargal on NH-166S. This project aims to streamline traffic and enhance transportation efficiency in the region.
During the inauguration, Nitin Gadkari also announced the construction of a 45 km long bypass from Wadgaon to the Karnataka border at a cost of ₹3500 crore.
Additionally, the minister revealed plans for the 4-laning of the Panaji-Belagavi section of NH-748, a 52 km stretch that will be developed at an estimated cost of ₹4000 crore.

What about the National highway from Mumbai- Goa – Mangalore section. Navelim to Karwar section has not yet started. The bypass at Navelim is an I’ll conceived design. You need to have a flyover at this point. Thereafter a Flyiver at Dandeavaddo on Chinchinim with underpass at Dandeavaddo as it is a 5 Road Junction.

Great info Uday, and thanks to Gadkari sir, the only concern with infrastructure development is natural habitats, and one of them are Tree’s 🌴, which are home to thousands of species. hope this development brings prosperity and let NATURE take care of us.
Trees cutting should be avoided and if the trees is cut it will cause the major environment change.we want green Bharat.
