The Kognoli commercial tax check post was raided by the Anti corruption bureau on Monday and three people were arrested. The ACB team led by G Raghu raided the check post after numerous oral complaints by transporters.
CT officers Shankar Ambure, Inspector Irrapa Vandal, Prakash Kolkar, Sachin Patil who was collecting Money from the truckers on behalf of the commercial tax officers were found in the check post.
An unaccounted sum of 13,640 was received from the check post.
