It is now a requirement for all shops and commercial establishments in Belagavi taluk to register under the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act to get themselves registered.
The Department has strongly advised all owners and entrepreneurs to register without delay.
In addition to the establishments that have already registered, owners of other shops and commercial establishments can contact the Senior Labor Inspectors Office in Belagavi’s 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th circles to complete their registration process.
Furthermore, registration can also be done at the Labor Inspectors offices in Hukkeri, Nippani, Chikkodi, Athani, Raibag, Gokak, Bailahongal, Savadatti, and Ramadurg.
Labor officials of the Belagavi sub-division have stated in a release that organizations can apply for registration by submitting the necessary documents. The registration certificate can be obtained through the state government’s e-software platform, which can be accessed at
