It was a hurriedly convened press meet amidst all the campaigning by the sitting MLA Belagavi North Feroz Sait where he alleged that some BJP leaders are spreading false videos and messages that anti-national slogans were raised during his rally in Belagavi recently.
Sait further said, he had a suspicion that this all has been made up and is the BJP’s conspiracy to share the video on social media and get votes.
Sait added, The crowd which had gathered in large numbers was shouting ‘Azimbhai Patawegar Zindabad.’ But the local BJP workers are incorrectly claiming that they are chanting ‘Pakistan Zindabad.’
Sait said he is aware of who has done this and will file a case. I have worked for my constituency and have worked for all communities, I am a Hindustani, Jai Hindusthan, Jai Karnataka, Hindustan Zindabad, Karnataka Zindbad.
BJP workers and also few Advocates have filed a complaint against Feroz Sait and his followers for raising anti national slogans.
