The Energy Ministry, Government of Karnataka celebrated “The Power Awards 2017” first of its kind platform for outstanding contribution in turning the ideas & policies into reality successfully.
A laudable recognition has been conferred with Second Prize to M/s.Shivakumar & Co., of Belagavi, headed by Mr.Rajendra Desai and Mr.Bhojappa Totad at a function “Power Awards-2017” held at Bengaluru.
The city firm was recognized for completion of the project of construction of 110 KV Sub-station at Naganur and associated transmission line works, 91 days ahead of the scheduled contract period during 2016-17.

M/s.Shivakumar & Co., having been engaged in designing, erecting, supplying and commissioning with obtaining requisite State/Central Government approvals for the Cogeneration Projects, Switchyards, Transmission Lines etc., and within a short span of time, they have gained laurels, by their rich experience and prompt service, to reach the top slot in the industry under the leadership of energetic and dynamic management. This has made possible with unstinted support, loyalty and patronage extended by their customers, technical, managerial, financial staff and in particular the labour contractors and their labourers and KTPCL / HESCOM.
