A fully decomposed body was identified by the family as the body of Paul Arun Prasad, a Lance Naik from Robertsonpet of Bangarpet taluk in Kolar district, who had gone missing after a party on the night of October 1 last year.
The body was recovered from an open well in the Maratha Light Infantry Regimental Centre. According to the police as the well had no protection it seems like Arun Prasad might have fallen into the well accidentally.
