Burning car

Indica car of a retired Police officer turned into ashes yesterday at Basav Colony.

The driver had a foul smell and he immediately came out of the car and called the police immediately and the fire brigade, but the fire birgade number was not being answered.

The car started to burn but all were waiting for the fire brigade to come. The car caught fire at 3.30 pm but the fire fighters came to the spot after a hour and half when the ashes of the car were remaining.

The people on the spot also tried to call the fire department but there was no response.

  1. Geeeeez…ya the fire brigade…what can u say about them. They are so disfunctional not just in belgaum but in the whole country. Its not 100% thier fault but the system itself. They are part of the problem. Lack of funds, corruption, no motivation, etc etc…Ah well…as long as no lives were lost thats ok. Its just a car. I bet Rs 1.00 the retired cop has enough to cover the damages….haha

  2. This is the condition of fire brigade. thank god no humans were hurt or were injured in the incident. This clearly shows how responsible or fire brigade department is, they did not even bother to respond to the call. All is running on "RAM BAROSE"
