Those with money power will escape, even they are caught by any agency, the strict laws are for only poor people, these culprits will appoint an eminent lawyer and bribe again the concerned to escape
These culprits should not get bail. No Lawyer should accept to take the case and plead for them. Their names should be published in News Papers, this will raise awareness to public and officials to not to indulge in corruption.
Can someone act. As there is also a percentage demand from the pention amount by the officials processing post retirement works for the health department employees. Even they demand 40 to 60 % of the pension amt and will not proceed the file if person refuse to meet their demand.
Corrupt officers are sophisticated beggers. They never advise to correct mistakes and ensure loyalty. Instead they threaten to book case and encash on mistake or fraud. There is a circle of people who have a network to distribute the corruption amount. They are not human beings. They should be publicly insulted and entire property should be taken over by government. Next day they should beg for their living.
