Chaitanya Kulkarni from CREDAI Belagavi Chapter unanimously selected as the 6th STATE PRESIDENT of CREDAI Karnataka for the Tenure 2021-2023 .
Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India known as CREDAI Karnataka ,the state-level organisation , having its presence all across the state today has elected the team of office bearers for the year 2021 – 2023 in the AGM Held online today at 4 PM .The Change of guard function was held online because of the current pandemic situation.
Noted Award Winning Builder and Developer of North Karnataka MR. Chaitanya Kulkarni from CREDAI Belagavi Chapter has been elected as the president of the state TO lead the team for the Two Year Tenure 2021 -2023. He will be the 6th State President of CREDAI Karnataka Which came into existence in the year 2011 .
The outgoing president Mr Austin Roach from CREDAI Bengaluru has handed over the charge to the incoming president Mr Chaitanya Kulkarni today.

The election procedures were meticulously handled by the returning officer, Past President of CREDAI Karnataka & EC Member of CREDAI National Mr Shankar Sastri . On this occasion, the EC member of CREDAI National Mr Balakrishna Hegde,Past VIce President of CREDAI National Mr Nagaraj Reddy, and Past President and Chairman of CREDAI KARNATAKA Mr Jagadish Babu were present and guided the incoming team of office-bearers.
The Governing Council for the year 2021 -2023 has Nominated the out going President MR . Austin Roach as Chairman of CREDAI Karnataka.
Mr Anupam Runwal, Past President of CREDAI Vijayapura has been installed as the Secretary & Mr Shivram Kumar Malakala from CREDAI Bengaluru has been installed as The Treasurer of CREDAI Karnataka .
