January 22, 2009 by editor Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa today laid the foundation stone for Suvarna Soudha to be constructed at a cost of Rs. 230 crore in Halagabastavadi, about 15 kms from Belgaum city on Bangalore-Pune highway.
