Dearhood Foundation a Non Profiting Organization had shared a video about Food Card and that has gone viral on social media.
Dearhood Foundation’s Food Card concept is a new concept which has been launched in Belagavi with an idea and motive to stop people donating money with the intention of feeding the needy which most of the time is being used to quench their addiction and later the society faces the nuisance created through their addiction.
Each food card has a value of Rs.10 and can only be exchanged for FOOD with the partner canteens/restaurants.
This also brings the feeling of satisfaction to the donor who’s only intention is to feed the hungry. So this helps them to genuinely donate food and help them understand that their money has not been misused elsewhere.
Dearhood Foundation is a Non Profiting Organization registered under section 8 of the companies Act 2013 in the year 2020.
Food cards can be bought online through their website https://dearhood.org/
They are still in to task of making canteens as their food partners and presently covered areas are Autonagar, Ramtirth nahar,Vantmuri, Mahantesh nagar,Srinagar, Ujwal nagar, Nehru nagar, near KLE, Bauxite road, etc.
Each day new areas are been covered.
