  3. Considering the better development of Belgaum city we badly inneed of a ring road which will improve transportation, check traffic hazards , time saving if one wants to go to other places urgently &potentially of lands falling inside & even outside side of the ring road will also increase. If one is assured of better compensation the land losers may support for ring road. In Karnataka smaller places then Belgaum have ring roads & it’s indicater for improved city. As population increases ,cities go for industrialisation, urbanisation to support that we need ring road for Belgaum.
