The youngest CEO in the world Ms.Sreelakshmi Suresh addressed the interactive session of Management by Common Sense – Lecture Series organized by the K.L.E.Society’s College of Business Administration Lingaraj College,Belgaum, on 6th April 2013 at Central Hall, Lingaraj College, Belguam.
Ms.Sreelakshmi Suresh has designed websites for Bar Council of Kerala and also for the Kerala. She along with 14 medical students have started a new company YGlobes recently. She aspires to build her business as the world’s No.1 business unit in IT.
During the interaction Ms.Sreelakshmi Suresh said curiosity towards the work and encouragement from parents are must for a young mind to achieve. She says academics are more important and one has to prioritize it. While addressing one of the participants she said talent is more important than the qualification.
She said managing mismatch between the young mind and an elderly mind becomes difficult (as she also faces these situations) when it comes to business. She handles it with the firm decision after analysis as it is about colour and design of the web pages in her case.
Her father, Advocate Shri.Suresh Menon who is her great inspiration also addressed the gathering. He says allow your children to use computer but don’t give access to Games, rather channelize it properly.
It was an interaction session with around 300 participants like renowned Industrialists, Advocates, Doctors, politicians and students from different colleges in and around Belgaum.
