The Kakti Police on Sunday seized around 6.675 tonnes of explosives worth Rs Four lakhs near a Dhaba at Kakati on NH4.
The police said they acted on a tip off received and have seized two vehicles transporting the said explosives as they violated the norms laid down for such transport.
4 persons in this connection have been arrested and further investigation is going on.
