After holding a meeting with the administration Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has made a significant announcement.
From Monday, 28 June marriages can be held at resorts and Marriage halls but the other conditions remain the same.
Marriages from Monday possible at Resorts, Marriage halls but max 40 persons, masks compulsory along with the permission from the Tahshildar.
Earlier Marriages already scheduled were permitted to be conducted at their respective home in a low-key manner involving only close family relatives up to 40 people and strictly adhering to COVID 19 appropriate behavior and guidelines issued by State Government.
Also permission has to be taken from the respective Tahshildar.
Now the other conditions remain the same but the marriage function can be held at a resort or Marriage hall of convenience.
The order for the said statement is yet to be shared.
