As a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, The Dean of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Gogte Institute of Technology, Belagavi Dr. Krishna Shekhar Lal Das, Associate professors Dr. Sandeep Nair, Dr. Vani Hundekar, Nupur Veshane and Ameet Chate visited Mahesh Foundation and signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mahesh Foundation.
Mahesh Foundation has been supporting medically challenged and underprivileged children for the past 13 years and the MOU was signed between GIT and Mahesh Foundation to synchronize the efforts on cooperation within the area of skill-based training and education that would also benefit the medically challenged and underprivileged children.
GIT MBA Dean directing focused efforts to contribute to society is the need of the hour. Developmental needs of the underprivileged children supported by Mahesh Foundation will focus on increasing the reach of our volunteer-led programs such as spoken English, Saturday Club, computer program and drop out remedial program extending support to more communities by associating with Mahesh Foundation.
