Gokak the small town known for its water falls and Gokak Forbes mills is now all set to put it self on the world map with the national-level “4×4 Off Road Rally” which is all set to take off at the dusty, rocky, slushy and hilly terrains on the outskirts of Gokak town in Belgaum district for two days on November 9 and 10.
Gokak-based adventure group “Explore the Outdoors” headed by Ayub Khan is organizing this off road rally.
Ayub Khan said that entry would be limited to 100 only and already entries have come in from Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Punjab and Kolkata.
The rally would cover challenging terrains, including rocky, slush, river-crossing, bushy, stiff inclines and natural hurdles, while priority would be “safety first”.
