HESCOM Online bill payment services and Online New Connection services will not be operational from 21st July 2017, 6:00 PM to 24th July 2017, 9:00 AM due to urgent system maintenance work (Data archival activity).
The consumers belonging to urban areas (R-APDRP subdivisions) of HESCOM will not be able to utilize the above services.
HESCOM Online bill payment services through www.hescom.co.in portal, Karnataka Mobile one app, PayTM and Online new connection services through www.hescom.co portal will not be operational during this time for consumers belonging to RAPDRP urban areas of HESCOM.
However Consumers can utilize offline bill payment services such as Cash counters,HD1,Bgm1.
