The APMC police under the leadership of Javed Mushapiri raided a home near the last bus stop at Sadashiv Nagar at around 12 midnight and busted a hi-fi prostitution racket.
Two pimps, the accused Maruti Kalgeri of Bailhongal and Sidappa Chougula of Hukkeri were arrested along with a car.
Two women were rescued from home out of which one was from another state.
Further investigation is underway and the police say this is a big hi-fi racket and the accused used to rent out homes in various areas of the city and never stayed in one home for more than 2-4 days.
Both were arrested under section 3, 4, 5 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1956 and a car was also seized.
The police will now investigate the accused and get more links into this would be investigated.
It may be recalled that on Saturday it self one Spa centre was raided and two women were rescued from Congress road.
