For illegal – I Totally Agree, let it be anyone.
In the Name of Protection – I totally Disagree.
I would like to remind the So called “ACTIVIST”, just make a Survey in Non-Veg restaurants, butcher Shops & Export of Beef—–you will find the Real Statistics on the Consumption of “MEAT”. Who is consuming the More in India you will come to know.
Go & See the practical situations in ‘Gowshalas’ across India, Daily the Animals are dying due to shortage of food, no proper maintenance. But who is caring ??? Is the Animal Welfare Board DUMB on this.
Ox, Buffalo, Sheep, Goat, Hen,,etc—-are these not Animals in Animal Welfare Board’s List??? then why are they not protected???
Good joke!!!!The So called Activist & Animal Welfare board are playing.
And Last but not the Least, i would like to Quote something from Religious Scriptures :
    # Manusmriti (Chapter 5 / Verse 30) says, “It is not sinful to eat the meat of eatable animals, for Brahma has created both the eaters and the eatables.”
#Manusmriti (Chapter 5 / Verse 35) states: When a man who is properly engaged in a ritual does not eat meat, after his death he will become a sacrificial animal during twenty-one rebirths.
    # Swami Vivekanand said : “You will be surprised to know that according to ancient Hindu rites and rituals, a man cannot be a good Hindu who does not eat beef”. (The Complete Works of Swami Vivekanand, vol.3, p. 536).
    # Rigveda (10/85/13) declares, “On the occasion of a girl’s marriage oxen and cows are slaughtered.”
    # Rigveda (6/17/1) states that “Indra used to eat the meat of cow, calf, horse and buffalo.”
    # Vashishta Dharmasutra (11/34) writes “If a Brahmin refuses to eat the meat offered to him on the occasion of “Shraddha” or worship, he goes to Hell”…..

I think on the above Scriptures stating, it might be something new to those who have not at all studies the Religious Scriptures. Request you to go through it.
