Kaushlendra Kumar the Superintendent of Police of Mandya will now be the SP of Belgaum as Sandeep Patil has been transferred to Mandya.
Kaushlendra Kumar is a LLB graduate from Bihar and was born on 15/08/77.
He stood 118th rank in the Civil services examination and joined as IPS on 12/12/05 as SP of Mandya.
Kaushlendra Kumar maintained his blog and daily updates were posted on his blog.
It wont be an easy task for him here at Belgaum, with honest officers being transferred just after 13-15 months when normally the tenure is 3 years.
