The Belgaum police nabbed 8 people in connection with the abduction of 11 year old Lokesh Bharmappa Jogi a resident of Mal Maruti. The abductors had demanded a ransom of Rs.20 crores and they had kidnapped Lokesh on September 7, 2012. Bharmapppa Jogi is a first grade contractor.
The police traced the mobile of the kidnappers to Chittor in Andhra Pradesh.
