The Central Government has acquired lands specified below in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (four/six-laning, etc), maintenance, management and operation of NH848R, Belagavi Ring Road in the stretch of land from Km. 0.000 to Km. 69.387 in the District of BELAGAVI in the state of KARNATAKA.
The notification has been published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part-Il sec-3 sub-section (i) under S.O 2807 (E) dated 28-06-2023.
Under the provisions of sub-section (1), (2), (3) and (4) of section 3(G) of National Highways Act, 1956, the public notice is issued to the land owners and interested persons of the lands to produce the following documents either in person or by legal practioner within 21 days from the date of this publication in the following address, Special Land Acquisition Officer, National Highways Ring Road, Belagavi, Behind the SBI Bank, Opposite to Shivam Residency, Sharada Enclave, Il floor, Plot No. 255, CTS number 9216, Shivabasava Nagar, Belagavi-590010.
Further the land owners have to give their expected amount of compensation with proof of justification (1) viz sale/partition (2) other deeds of Titles (3) ROR of the present year (4) Mutation copies (5) NA order copy & Layout plan and any other relevant documents. If anybody fails to produce the above documents to the undersigned within stipulated period, compensation will be awarded as per the records available in this office and it is brought to notice of the owners of these property holders that they should not grow any further crops on land vested with Government of India as per aforesaid notification. In case any crops are grown no compensation for the crop will be paid.
