Extending the lockdown in Goa till 7 am on July 12, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant had said that fully vaccinated passengers will not have to give a COVID-negative report before entering Goa. He had said, “Those who have taken both the doses and have the same certificate will be allowed to enter the state…”.

But no such order has been officially published as yet and the current order in force up to July 12 has no mention about vaccinated persons.
