Many vehicles sent back from Kagal(MH) check post who don’t have Full vaccination

For over two years we have been reading about the check post at Kognoli where strict checking is done to avoid the spread of COVID 19 in Karnataka.
Now the state of Maharashtra also has taken steps to prevent the spread this time.


It has set up a check post at Kagal just before Kolhapur and only those are been let into Maharashtra who has a fully vaccinated certificate that is both doses of the vaccine.

Those who aren’t fully vaccinated must have an RTPCR -ve certificate of less than 48 hours.

Currently, to enter Karnataka as well it is the same policy, one must have got 2 doses of the vaccine or must have an RTPCR -ve certificate of less than 72 hours.
On social media already various memes about the Kognoli check post are viral.
