Asif Sait, the MLA of Belagavi North Constituency, visited the Belagavi district hospital to inspect various departments. During his visit, he emphasized the importance of coordination and promised to provide the necessary facilities from the government.
During his visit to the district hospital, he also checked the quality of food provided to the patients. He discussed the present condition of the hospital with BIMS Director Dr. Ashok Shetty, Dr. A. B. Patil, and other key officials. They pointed out to MLA Sait that there is a shortage of doctors and nursing staff in BIMS Hospital.
After the visit, MLA Raju Sait spoke to the media and stated that he visited BIMS Hospital to assess the situation. He inspected the ICU, Dialysis, and food supply to the patients. Although there is a shortage of doctors and nursing staff, the current staff is working well. Additionally, a super specialty hospital has been set up which will be equipped with the latest machinery very soon.
MLA Sait promised to try to obtain the necessary equipment and materials from the government and discuss with the health minister to recruit the necessary doctors and staff.
