In the said audio tape Tapan nephew of Ex MLA Abhay Patil is heard abusing the advocate as to how he said or discussed that Abhay Patil wont get a BJP ticket.
Adv Harshvardhan gave a compliant to the DCP Law and order Seema Latkar and then spoke to press persons.
He said, now that he or his family is not in power even then we are been told what to speak and what no to. Law gives me the freedom to speak and I ma doing it, I am not defaming anyone.
Such incidents are quite common when the elections are nearing but by such incidents been reported so soon, the fact is clear that the election season will be full of warmth.
