Nikhil Nippanikar of Belagavi appointed as Assistant collector Begusarai Bihar

Belagavi lad Nikhil Dhanraj Nippanikar (IAS 2018) who had cleared the UPSC exam in his first attempt with 563rd rank and who had been allocated Bihar cadre has been appointed as the Assistant Collector & Assistant Magistrate of Begusarai in Bihar State.

Begusarai is the administrative headquarters of Begusarai district, which is one of the thirty-eight districts of Bihar state. The district lies on the northern bank of river Ganga. It was established in 1870 as a subdivision of Munger District In 1972.

After getting training from the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration Mussoorie, this is the first posting of the IAS officer.

Nikhil always wanted to work a civil servant and serve the nation. He had stood FIRST (day college)in the diploma CET exams held for admission to Engineering colleges 2013-14 and then later completed his engineering from RV college of Engineering Bengaluru. Nikhil did his schooling from St.Paul’s high school camp, Belagavi.

Speaking to AAB after clearing his exams he had said I will work wholeheartedly for a better India and at whatever position I am in today it is all because of my family. Wherever I go, I will work wholeheartedly for a better India.
