It was customary that on Independence day and Re-pubic day a few of the convicts who have been very well behaved and have shown good conduct were released before their term of punishment. But the same ha snow stopped and this year too no convicts will be released from Hindlaga Jail.
Normally the jail authorities would forward a list of prisoners to the governor who pardon their remaining punishment on basis of their goo conduct.Â
