Sources have confirmed that a nurse serving at the COVID ward of the BIMS hospital has tested positive.
This is the first case in Belagavi when a corona warrior has been affected by the virus.
The nurse had shown some symptoms earlier this week when she was quarantined and her tests were done.
The result of the test was positive and hence she is now admitted and getting treatment.
