On March 16, 2024, a distressing event unfolded at House No.09, Old Mochi Galli, Telugu Colony, Camp, Belagavi, resulting in the loss of life of Ganesh Prakash Kamble, aged 29. A complaint lodged reported that, the accused had allegedly assaulted Prakash with a hammer, leading to fatal consequences after an altercation..
Promptly responding to the complaint, Police Station Crime No. 19/2024 initiated an investigation under the leadership of DCP Rohan Jagdeesh. Inspector Mr. Shekharappa, along with a dedicated team.
Subsequently, the primary suspect, identified as Tarun Manjunath Nayak of House No.05, Old Post Office Road, Telugu Colony Camp, Belagavi, was apprehended.
