The Police did a route march today and also, and one company of Rapid Action Force ( RAF) is arriving this evening to Belagavi City for bandobast against the backdrop of the Belagavi Bandh call given on Monday by use of Social media for the withdrawal of the Agnipath scheme.
The police are using drones at various locations to track the ones who create mischief.
The call for the bandh has been circulating on Social media and all aspirants of the Army who are against the Agnipath scheme have been asked to come near Belagavi fort.
The police have sprung into action after recent violent protests in other states and are not leaving any stone unturned.
Even Drones have been deployed at major junctions.
