Prakash Jadhav from Belagavi martyred in JK encounter

Sapper Prakash Jadhav (29), a CRPF jawan from Budihal village in Chikkodi taluk Belagavi district, was martyred in an encounter with terrorists in n Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday. Prakash is survived by wife Rani and three months old daughter.

In the Kulgam encounter, two militants of the terror group Lashker-e-Taiba (LeT) were killed.

Security forces had launched a cordon and search operation in the Redwani area of Kulgam district in south Kashmir around midnight.

Prakash had joined the CRPF in 2007.

The body will be brought to his village on Wednesday and final rites would be conducted in the evening.

    These are the Patriots Guarding our Country—But not the Politicians who just keep on barking at each other.
    It will be better to implement a RULE in the Constitution that each Politician “MUST be posted in such sensitive areas for atleast one month, to know the actual meaning of PATRIOTISM”.

  3. Rest in peace my dear soldier. Belgaum needs to remember the rich legacy of her brave soldiers. These sacrifices make the border dispute look so small and trivial. High time to unite for the greater cause and aim belgaumites!
