Rahul Manganawar biked solo from Dlehi to Leh and then back to Belagavi on his Thunderbird 350cc bike and now feels accomplished and a dream come true.
He says the trip made him believe that everything falls into place when you really want it to. His story and useful travel tips for other solo riders.
It was his dream to make a bike ride to Leh and tried to get a group go along with him but even after 2 years of planning the group wasnt really ready to make the trip and hence he decided to go all alone.
He left for this journey on 23 June 2017 and returned back to Belagavi on 16th July 2017.
His family supported him for the solo ride and his wife stood behind him as a strong pillar. In the 24 days journey he traveled 8,485 kms and he now feels he has achieved his dream.

We started from Belgaum and reached Nasik Ankleshwar, Bharuch , vadodara , Surat , udaipur, To Chittorgarh , Bhilwara , Nasirabad , kishangarh , Jaipur, Ambala Shimla , Manali on 11 may then started towards Ataltunnel , jispa , Darcha , baralacha is the coldest place ever travelled thes trip then comes , Sarchu with -ve15 digree temprature , zing zing bar ,Pung , more planes Tanglangla Karu Leh city on 13 may , then taken permit and started journey to Khartungla with height of 18350 ft , then southpullu , northpullu disket hunder Nubra valley Turtak the last village of India then back to disket then khalsar shyok valley the toughest route in the world , durbuk tangstay pangong galwan ghati , Hanley back to Changla pass Karu Leh city , then again started return journey towards kargil drass zozila pass dangerous road , Baltal sonmarg , shrinagar Pulwama , Anantnag , patnitop, Udhampur , Jamu pathankot Amritsar Shri Ganganagar, Bikaner the cancer Hospital city of our country , Jodhpur , Pali , mount abu , palanpur , Ahamdabad vadodara, Surat, vapi , due daman ,Mumbai lonavala Pune Belgaum , This is one of the most beautiful trip of for our lifetime in our Country
