The agitating advocates for the seeking a Bench of the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal today blocked the Pune-Bengaluru National Highway (NH 4) near BUDA office.
This created a lot of chaos and tension and a long line of vehicles were caught on both sides. Advocates are boycotting court proceedings since November 17 for KAT demand in Belagavi.
