Madhusudan Kanodia, 64 Native of Shahu Nagar Belagavi allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a moving train in Doiwala area of Dehradun early on Monday.
Police say he was depressed over his son and wife’s death.
He was undergoing treatment from Mental Health Institute in Selaqui. He had come to Uttarakhand few weeks back and had stayed at Chamba in Tehri district.
