During the meeting, Parliamentarian Shettar highlighted the significance of Belagavi Airport, noting that it attracts air travellers not only from the city itself but also from neighbouring regions, including Kolhapur in Maharashtra and Bagalkote, Vijayapur, and Dharwad districts in Karnataka.

  1. The Belgavi domestic airport to get international airport status has been talked about for many years with no actions. One would certainly hope that it would be a dream come true around this cycle.
