The stock of hay, dried grass stored on Savgaon road caught fire on Friday evening and all the stock was turned into ashes in about 4 hours.
The amount of loss is estimated in crores about 2 crores.
All the farmers normally store their grass here which they utilize it in the summer for the cattle. Now that in April this stock has been turned into ashes there could be chance of scarcity of fidder for the cattle in the scorching summer.
