Further details reveal that police personnel Vilas Dhumale and Santosh Kamate were on duty in patrol vehicle 112, assigned to the Chikodi police station. While conducting their patrol near Nagral village, the officers were discovered engaging in a party, consuming alcohol and mutton while seated on the ground. This appalling behavior was captured on video and has since been widely circulated.
