Indian Railways is all set to introduce three more Humsafar trains for Karnataka shortly. These are GPS based, AC 3-tiered trains with special facilities for disabled.
The trains will have an LED display board and coaches will have sensors to detect smoke and fire. The coaches are disabled-friendly with Braille display. Bio-toilets, vending machines that can give tea, coffee and soup and newly designed dustbins are other features of the Humsafar train.
Tentative train number 14715/Sri Ganganagar – Tiruchchirappalli HumSafar Express will arrive at 17:08 on Wednesday and proceed to Tiruchchirappalli.
14716/Tiruchchirapalli – Sriganganagar HumSafar Express will arrive at 22:10 on Friday and proceed to Sriganganagar.
