The public is hereby informed that collection of user fee for the use of the completed length of 16.345 kms of Belagavi Khanapur (from km 0.000 to km 30.000) section of NH-748 (Old NH-4A) shall be commenced with effect from 11.07.2023 at 8.00 Hours at Ganebail Toll Plaza Near Ganebail Village Belagavi District in the State of Karnataka (Highway Chainage: 19.200).
The rate for monthly pass applicable for local non-commercial vehicle residing within a distance of 20 Km from the toll plaza for the year 2023-24 shall be Rs. 330.00. The above section was developed as per provisions of Contract Agreement dated 20.04.2018 on Hybrid Annuity Mode and Independent Engineer vide letter dated 09.03.2022 certified the completed length of 16.345 Km for putting on commercial operation.
The following concessions are available at above toll plaza:
Retum Journey within 24 Hours from time of payment for all categories of vehicles (discount 25%)
50 single journey in a month from date of payment for all categories of vehicles (discount 33%)
Pass at Rs. 330.00/- per calendar month for non-commercial vehicle residing within 20 Km. from Toll Plaza.
Commercial Vehicle (excluding those plying under national permit) registered in the District of Toll Plaza (discount 50%)
The list of exempted vehicles is as given in the Amendment to Fee Rules dated 03.12.2010 vide GSR 950(E).
The vehicle, which is loaded in excess of permissible load, shall pay 10 times the applicable fee rate and remove the excess load to make use of highway.
The Capital Cost of the Project is Rs. 1154.40 Crore. The user fee (toll) rates shall be reduced to 40% on recovery of capital cost.
