The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), regional office, Bangalore, will organise a consumer outreach programme on Friday to create awareness among consumers regarding their rights and privileges.
The programme will be held at Hotel Eefa on Club Road at 2.30 p.m.
The event is part of its initiative to reach out to telecom consumers and other stakeholders of the telecom industry and to create awareness about various initiatives taken by it recently to protect interests of telecom consumers.
