Police constables S N Patil and I S Patil of Market police station have been suspended by DCP (law and order) Seema Latkar for dereliction in duty.
They were suspended as they did not act in time during the stone pelting and communal violence that erupted at Khadak Galli.
Along with this the charge of the two injured police officers has also been changed.
S M Nagraj will work in place of ACP Shankar Marihal and Ramesh Hugar will replace CPI Prashant.
Impose curfew in khade Bazaar for just 7 days… No need of violent action… All stone pelters I think are Road side vendors… They will vanish after business instead of staying for stone pelting in khade Bazaar
