Vinod Doddanavar nominated on Panel of NMC

Vinod Doddanavar, a member of the Managing Committee of the Bharatesh Education Trust Belagavi, has been nominated by the Government of India to serve as a Member of the Panel of Community Leaders of the National Commission for Minorities in the State.

This prestigious position marks the first time a person from North Karnataka has been selected for the role. In his new capacity, Vinod will be providing advice to the Central Minority Commission, representing the State of Karnataka, on matters related to minority issues.

For the past 17 years, Vinod has been actively involved in the fields of education and heritage conservation. He has been instrumental in the restoration of numerous ancient temples, including those at Beniwad (Hukkeri), Hannikeri (Bailhongal), and Idaraguchhi (Tal. Gadhinglaj – Maharashtra).

In 2018, he was one of the five National Secretaries of the Shri Gomateshwar Bhagwan Bahubali Mahamastakabhishek Committee, Shravanbelagola. During the Mahamastakabhishek celebrations, Vinod played a key role in organizing eight National Conferences and coordinating visits from the Honorable President, Vice President, Prime Minister, Home Minister of India, and Chief Minister of Karnataka. Additionally, he is the President of the Karnataka Private Homeopathic Medical College Management Association.
