Due to significant leakage at different places of Hidkal Raw Water Supply MS & Old PSC Cement Pipe Main Line causing disruption in the water supply to Belagavi City.
There has been considerable leakage at various places of Hidkal raw water supply MS & old PSC cement pipe main line namely Near Kundargi Pump House-On 16.02.2023 immediate repair work will be carried out and as the cement packing takes 6-8 hours to harden, the pumps will be shut down on the said date. And due to the said repair work water supply will be hampered on 17 & 18 February 2023 two days, including 24X7 demonstration zone, there will be disruption in the following areas of Belagavi city.
Southern regions affected by supply gap: Majgaon, Nanawadi, Chidambar Nagar, Shahapur, Vadagaon, Old Belagavi
Northern areas affected by supply disruption : 1. Sahyadri Nagar, 2 Kuvempu Nagar, 3 TV Kendra 4, Sadashiva Nagar, 5, Basava Colony, 1. Kapoleshwar Nagar, 7. Subhas Nagar, 8. Ashok Nagar, 9 MM Extn Area, 10 .New Gandhi Nagar, 11 Kanabargi, 12, Kudachi
