People’s representatives, officials, and media representatives attending the legislative winter session in December need to make accommodation arrangements. Therefore, Deputy Commissioner Belagavi Nitesh Patil advised hotel owners in the city not to reserve hotels for the general public from the first week of December.
Recently, a joint meeting of officers and hotel owners was held in preparation for the winter session. The Deputy Commissioner presided over the meeting. The winter session is expected to commence on December 4th, although the exact date has not been confirmed.
Similar to previous sessions, this year’s winter session in Belagavi will involve arrangements for accommodation, food, material procurement, transportation, fuel, health, passes.
City Police Commissioner appealed to the officials to follow and cooperate with the instructions given by the district administration to ensure the success of the convention.
The hotel bill for the session has been paid on time and in full, and the bill for this year’s session will also be settled promptly. The Deputy Commissioner also suggested that attention should be given to the cleanliness of hotel rooms, the quality of food, and the hospitality provided to guests.
