Renuka Bhatkande aged 31died after a tanker hit her scooter a the signal near UK27 on Saturday Evening.
The ill-fated Renuka was on her way home from her school when she had stopped at the UK27 Signal, where a Tanker hit the scooter from behind and then she fell down.
She was rushed to the hospital for treatment but she succumbed to her injuries around 7.30 pm.
Renuka’s husband passed away a few months ago and now she is survived by her two children and her parents.

I am sure even if each Belgaumite gives a minimum of 100 rupees each , we will be able to raise a substantial amount for her orphaned children.

Police need to take severe action against these tanker and tipper drivers. They are so rush drivers and most of the accidents in the city and suburbs are due to their reckless driving. And there must be regulation to stop heavy vehicles during rush hour.
